About the Project
Agata Uczy is one of Poland’s most popular platforms for learning Spanish. Following a professional rebranding, its previous website, built using a pre-made page builder (Divi), was no longer sufficient. The client approached me with the need to implement a new graphic design and build a fast, custom website from scratch.
I implemented a new design from Figma into WordPress, building the entire platform from scratch using clean, optimized code and migrating only the blog content.
I’ve created a unique system of premium content (“Treasures” and “Trial Lessons”), available exclusively to newsletter subscribers after their email addresses have been automatically verified.
I designed and implemented dedicated landing pages for each course, showcasing its offerings, promotional materials, and trial lessons.
I integrated the new website with an external e-learning platform (LearnDash), creating a cohesive and intuitive ecosystem for over 7,000 learners.
My partnership has been ongoing since 2023. As part of this collaboration, I am constantly developing the platform, supporting my client in the technical growth of her business.
Solution
As part of my collaboration with Agata Uczy, I created a professional online space that not only showcases online courses but also combines sales, marketing, and educational features, setting it apart from standard websites in the training industry.
I gave the client complete autonomy. Thanks to building the site with clean code and implementing Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), the client can edit 99% of the content on her own.
I launched a fully functional online store that brings all products (courses and e-books) together in one place, simplifying the purchasing process for customers.
I created a cohesive educational ecosystem. I seamlessly integrated the homepage with the e-learning platform (LMS) on a subdomain, providing users with a consistent experience.
I implemented a proprietary subscriber verification system that automatically unlocks access to exclusive content (“Treasures”), effectively supporting the email marketing strategy.
The result of my work is a professional and flexible sales platform that has given the client complete independence in content management and strengthened her position as a leader in the online language learning industry.
Tools Used
For this project, I focused on clean code and proven tools from the WordPress ecosystem to create a platform that is both efficient and fully editable by the client.
Custom WordPress Theme: I built a custom theme from scratch, eliminating the performance issues associated with off-the-shelf builders and creating a fast, optimized foundation for the entire platform.
Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): I implemented the Advanced Custom Fields plugin, which gave the client the ability to independently edit 99% of the content on the site, from landing pages down to the smallest details.
Integration with the LMS (LearnDash) platform: I ensured full and seamless integration of the website with the LearnDash e-learning system, creating a consistent environment for all learners.
Performance Optimization: I implemented advanced caching and resource optimization mechanisms (CDN) to ensure lightning-fast page loading, which is crucial for selling online courses.
