I take responsibility for the decisions, not just the delivery.
Esumo is an independent WordPress studio I have run since 2017. I most often take over existing websites, bring them under control and develop them through ongoing partnerships with B2B companies and expert-led brands.
I analyse the needs, set priorities and say clearly what is worth building - and what is better left out. When a project needs an additional specialist, I bring in people I trust, while communication, decisions and responsibility stay with me.

I bill one-off assignments by the hour. With an ongoing plan, hours beyond the monthly allowance are billed at the agreed plan rate. The higher the plan, the lower the rate for each additional hour.

About taking over an existing website, working together and building a new site.
Website care and working together
Yes, I also work on websites built by other people or companies. We start with a conversation about the site and your team’s needs. I then check whether I can take it over and what support would make sense. Rebuilding the website is not automatically a condition of working together.
Every plan includes the same core services: updates, optimisation, backups and security care. Plans differ in the number of monthly working hours, the rate for additional hours and the response time for requests and tasks. A higher plan provides more hours, a lower rate for additional work and a shorter response time.
Work beyond your monthly allowance is billed hourly at the rate agreed for your plan. The higher the plan, the lower the rate for each additional hour. We agree on the allowance and billing terms before starting.
We agree on response times as part of your plan. Higher plans provide shorter response times for requests and tasks. Response time means picking up the request; the time needed to complete the work depends on its scope and complexity.
No. We can start with a specific task, a consultation or improvements to one area of your website. Once I know the site, it is easier to assess whether you need regular support or help with individual changes.
We first identify what needs fixing and which issues matter most. We agree on the scope and cost before the work begins, so you know what needs attention first and what ongoing care could look like.
Directly with me. I get to know the website, agree on priorities with you and take responsibility for delivering the work. If another specialist is needed, I coordinate their involvement and remain your point of contact.
New websites and development
Yes. I can design and build a new website or work from a supplied design. We agree on the scope, content and how the site will be edited. For Figma designs, I also check the mobile version and whether all required screens are included.
You can find indicative budgets in the pricing section. The final price and schedule depend on the scope, features and availability of content. A landing page usually takes 1–3 weeks, and a larger website 4–8 weeks. We agree on the schedule before starting.
Yes. For new websites, I prepare the admin interface for independent content editing and show you how to use it. For existing websites, the options depend on how the site was built. I can review what could be simplified or improved.
We can continue working together on website care and development. We agree on a monthly allowance of hours and support terms, and I maintain the site and deliver further agreed changes.
