For Endego, a leading engineering services provider working with giants such as Mercedes, Audi, and BMW, I have become an integral part of the marketing team. Since 2022, I have been supporting the company in its digital rebranding process by creating an ecosystem of websites and tools that precisely communicate their role as a “Complete Solution Provider.”

About the Project
My collaboration with Endego began with the need to streamline the company’s visual and content-related communication. The existing solutions did not fully reflect the scale and sophistication of the projects carried out by the team of engineers based in Kraków.
Partnership model: Instead of a client-agency relationship, I opted for an “in-house” model, participating in regular status meetings and engaging with the company’s day-to-day challenges.
New Communication Strategy: The main goal was to move away from a simple description of services and instead position the brand as a provider of comprehensive solutions, from concept to production support.
Multi-level presence: Endego is not only about engineering, but also an authorized partnership with Altair and extensive recruitment processes, which required the creation of a cohesive ecosystem of multiple websites.
Standardization: The challenge was to consolidate scattered documents and presentations into a single, consistent visual identity system used throughout the organization.
Solution
Over the course of more than three years of collaboration, I have completed a number of projects that have modernized the company’s digital footprint and streamlined its internal processes.
Endego’s flagship website: I designed and launched a new homepage in three languages. The site underwent a rebranding focused on benefits, becoming the central point of contact with global partners in the automotive and transportation industries.
Altair Partner Poland Platform: I created a dedicated website for the official partnership with Altair. The site combines sales features (software offerings) with educational content (knowledge base, webinars, training).
Modern Career Portal: I implemented a career website fully integrated with the Traffit HR system. As a result, the onboarding and recruitment process has become transparent for candidates and easier to manage for the HR team.
Knowledge and Webinar Center: I built a dedicated space to aggregate expert content and regularly hosted webinars, which strengthened Endego’s position as a thought leader in the engineering industry.
Analytics Optimization: I equipped all websites with advanced analytics and marketing automation tools, which allowed for a better understanding of user behavior and more effective lead generation.
Tools Used
My technology stack for this project focused on flexibility, speed, and deep integration with third-party tools.
WordPress (Custom Multisite): I used WordPress as the engine for the entire website ecosystem, which allows for efficient management of multiple sites from a single platform while preserving their uniqueness.
ACF Pro (Flexible Content): Each page was built using modules, which allows Endego’s marketing team to quickly create new landing pages and sections without involving developers.
WPML: This tool was used for professional multilingual management, ensuring seamless switching between the PL, EN, and DE versions on the main domain.
Marketing Stack (User.com / GetResponse): I implemented marketing automation tools that enable Endego to build lasting client relationships and automate promotional campaigns.
Traffit API: Integrating the careers page with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) enabled automatic updates to job postings and the collection of applications directly within the client’s HR system.
