I built a new website from scratch for Homest Polska. The goal was to create a platform that not only professionally showcases real estate listings but, above all, automates the entire listing management process, saving the client time and effort.

About the Project
Homest Polska is an agency specializing in the commercial real estate market. The client approached me with a finished graphic design and a key challenge: they needed a platform that would automatically retrieve and update listings from an external CRM system (EstiCRM) without the need for manual data entry.
I built a proprietary integration system with EstiCRM. My solution automatically synchronizes listings every hour, adding new ones, removing outdated ones, and updating photos, prices, and statuses.
I implemented an advanced real estate search engine with a system of precise filters and integrated it with an interactive Google Map that displays the locations of all available listings in real time.
I created a clear catalog of offerings divided into two key categories for the B2B market: service locations and offices.
My collaboration consisted of a one-time project implementation, during which I delivered a fully functional and automated tool, ready for the client to use independently.
Solution
I focused on creating a fully automated platform designed to completely eliminate the need for manual management of real estate listings. The goal was to deliver a reliable system that “lives” and updates itself based on data from an external CRM.
I have developed a proprietary synchronization mechanism with EstiCRM. The system checks and updates the entire database of listings every hour, ensuring that the data on the website is always 100% up to date.
I provided the client with full control over static content. Despite the full automation of offers, service pages and other subpages are 99% editable from the WordPress dashboard.
I implemented a smart search engine integrated with a map. Users can dynamically filter listings, and the results are immediately visualized on an interactive map of Warsaw.
I optimized the website for SEO. Among other things, I implemented automatic generation of interactive tables of contents in blog posts, which improves visibility on Google.
The result of my work is a self-sufficient platform that has become a central and always up-to-date source of offers for Homest Polska’s clients, allowing the agency’s team to focus fully on its core business.
Tools Used
For this project, I focused on clean code and proven WordPress solutions, building a custom theme from scratch. A key element was creating reliable integrations with external API systems.
Custom WordPress Theme: I built a lightweight and high-performance theme from scratch that perfectly reflects the graphic design and is free of unnecessary plugins that slow down the site.
CRM Integration (EstiCRM API): I developed a custom solution that connects to the EstiCRM API, enabling full, automatic synchronization of real estate listings.
Interactive Map (Google Maps API): I used the Google Maps API to create a dynamic map that automatically retrieves property locations from the database and marks them on a map of Warsaw.
Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): I implemented the Advanced Custom Fields plugin to give the client full and intuitive control over editing all static content on the site.
