For agencies

White-label WordPress care for agencies

I take over care and development of your agency clients' WordPress websites, under your brand: updates, backups, fixes and reports. The client relationship stays with you, and you get one person for the technical side.

Who it's for

When working together makes sense

  • Your agency designs websites and campaigns, but has nobody on the team to maintain WordPress.
  • Your clients need ongoing care, and every request pulls the team away from projects.
  • Your agency wants to offer care under its own brand without building a technical department.
  • Your team needs support turning Figma designs into WordPress builds.

What's included

What I can take over

Client website maintenance

Updates, off-server backups, monitoring and security – for one website or a whole portfolio.

Fixes and development

Day-to-day changes, new sections and pages, integrations. I agree tasks with you, not directly with the client – unless we decide otherwise.

Reports under your brand

Work reports can carry your agency's brand, ready to pass on to the client.

White-label or visible

I can stay invisible or join your team on client calls. NDA, no fuss.

Builds from Figma

A custom theme on Gutenberg and ACF, no page builders. True to the design, fast and easy for the end client to edit.

You talk to the person writing the code

No broken telephone between a PM, a developer and the client. Decisions are made in one conversation.

How we start

How we start working together

  1. Step 01

    A conversation about your website

Tell me what works, what gets in the way and what support your team needs. We agree on where to start.

  2. Step 02

    Review and proposal

I look at the website and propose a scope of work and a billing approach. If a more detailed review is needed, we agree on its scope separately.

  3. Step 03

    The first improvements

We work through the agreed priorities: fixes, improvements or day-to-day needs. You know what I am working on and which decisions need your input.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing care and development

We continue with an agreed monthly allowance of hours. I maintain the website and we plan further tasks around your business needs.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will your agency's client know about Esumo?

Not if we agree so. Reports can carry your agency's brand.

How do you bill care for agencies?

Per website or a shared pool of hours across all sites – we agree this before we start. The Partner plan is the starting point.

Who is in contact with the client?

You are. The client relationship stays with the agency, and I agree tasks with you. If you prefer, I can join client calls as part of your team.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, I sign NDAs without any fuss.

Will you take over websites built by another team?

Yes. I start every site with a review and a backup, and only then move on to updates and changes.
